i bought a diva cup several years ago
i tried it once and i had a negative experience. i think just cause i was freaking out and hadn’t really talked it through with anyone. i want to try it again. does anyone have a favoured link where someone talks through the process of inserting and taking it out?

took me at least 2 cycles to fully get the hang of it, totally glad i did because i love using a menstrual cup. i used the keeper first, but now i’m on my first divacup and i find the material to be a lot more pliable.
